⚠ SIGNAL RECEIVED
That's the whole mechanic, live — type the code before it hits zero. NoOut randomly checks if you're still committed. Choose the apps that waste your time. Accept a real consequence. Miss the signal and they lock themselves — through Apple's own Screen Time enforcement, not a reminder you can swipe away.
Not live yet. Building in public — see the roadmap on GitHub.
THE LOOP
Pick the apps that actually control you — social media, video, games, whatever it is.
A fixed lock, escalating if you keep missing. Not negotiable — that's the point.
An unpredictable notification, sometime during your active hours. You don't know when.
Enter the code within the window. Miss it, and your chosen apps lock themselves — automatically.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
NoOut uses Apple's Screen Time API to actually restrict the apps you pick. There's nothing to swipe away.
You choose apps through Apple's own picker. NoOut only ever receives an anonymous token — never the app's name or icon.
No streak freezes, no skips, no early unlocks. If it could be undone with a purchase, it wouldn't be a consequence.
No account, no server, nothing leaves your device. NoOut doesn't know what you're avoiding — only whether you kept your word.
Can you stay committed when nobody's watching?
